Question on Linking From Blogger

I see that all Blogger sites have the same class and subclass of IP, meaning all of them have like ###.###.###.xxx with the #’s all being the same and the final x’s being the only different part, so if you get a lot of links from Blogger sites, would Google penalize you for doing them all from the same ip?

Hurm, first please think who owned the page rank? It’s Google right? So who owned blogger.com? It’s also Google. So you can simply related the blogger link is either quality or not? Both are owned by Google and Google will protect their business for blogger rite?

So the reason of the same IP class is not true at all. Google owns everything and Google is the master of manipulating it. Thanx a lot Google of making this blog Page Rank 2.
