Due, to the hotlinking and comment spammer, I decided to banned certain IP and do hope everybody who has this comment spammer problem follow my technique. I enabled the option in my cpanel for blocking any hotlinking and banned certain IPs.
These are the IP that xBrain, gamecheathacks and webmaster banned :
